- The return must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- A proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order number, or invoice) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used or damaged electronics: Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Items without proof of purchase.
- Perishable goods (e.g., batteries or accessories with expiration dates).
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Downloadable products (e.g., software or e-books).
- Goods received by you in good condition.
3. How to Return an Item
If you meet the return eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: We will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Authorization Number.
- Package the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with any accessories or documents that came with it.
- Shipping: Return the item to us using the return shipping instructions provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. You will be notified once the inspection is complete.
- Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. The processing time for refunds may take up to 10-14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange the product for another, please specify the item you'd like to receive in your return request. If the exchanged item is of a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference.
Note: Return shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any costs related to return shipping.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will cover the cost of return shipping, and a replacement will be sent at no additional cost to you. Please ensure you provide photos or videos of the damage or defect for quicker processing.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 1(ONE) hour of placing it, provided that the item has not been shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
7. International Returns
If you are purchasing from outside Nigeria, please be aware that international return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, any customs or import duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
