We currently offer shipping to all locations within Nigeria. We use trusted local shipping partners to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and on time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been received and cleared. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (depending on the delivery location).
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (for major cities, subject to availability).

Shipping time may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or public holidays may cause slight delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your delivery location. You can view the total shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount (e.g., ₦1,550,000) within major cities in Nigeria.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number and shipping carrier details. You can track the status of your order through the shipping carrier’s website. If you experience any issues with tracking, feel free to contact our customer support team.

6. Delivery Issues

If there is an issue with your delivery (e.g., the package is delayed, damaged, or lost), please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Delivery to Remote Areas

For delivery to remote or hard-to-reach locations, additional shipping fees may apply. We will notify you of any extra charges before shipping your order.

8. Failed Deliveries

If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the package, you may be required to pay an additional fee for a re-delivery or for picking up the order from the courier’s office.

9. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipping fees.

10. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Nigeria. International shipping is not available at this time.
